The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing adult, first reported missing on Wednesday.
Kerry Ann Kilcullen is a 36-year-old white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has multiple tattoos, unknown descriptions.
Kerry was last seen in the area of Crystal River, at noon on Thursday. At that time, she was wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt, a green hooded jacket, white tennis shoes, and carrying a black backpack. She was thought to be on her way to Tampa, or Sebring.

Today, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) launched a public service billboard campaign against distracted driving, continuing the Sheriff’s Office’s successful “Just Drive, Citrus” efforts from 2018.
The CCSO and State Farm collaborated on a series of billboard artworks, ready to be displayed throughout the county. The message, simple – “Don’t Text and Drive”.
Angela Jean Stanton
A Citrus High School substitute teacher on Wednesday was arrested after she allegedly had inappropriate contact with three CHS students.
Angela Jean Stanton of Inverness, 50, was arrested by deputies at about 8:58 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office said on Thursday.
Citrus County Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit detectives were made aware of alleged inappropriate activity between Stanton and three juveniles who attend she school.
Victim in a 1985 Cold Case in Lecanto
The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office is appealing to the public for help in solving a 1985 cold case.
“Fire On The Roadside” is another name for a county cold case that involves the remains of an adult man that were found burning along County Road 490 in Lecanto during the early morning hours back on June 21, 1985.
Thanks to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office’s post-mortem reconstruction specialist, there is now an accurate depiction of the unidentified victim in this case. The victim in this case is a white male, approximately 65 years old, 5’6″ tall and 134 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.
